  Raw Divas ‘Flex’ some muscle By: Kara A. Medalis Written: January 11, 2009 Three of Monday night’s leading ladies are featured in the latest Flex pictorial, “Raw Beauties.” The February issue, which is on sale now, includes an edgy, nine-page spread with Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix, Candice Michelle and Layla. “The Flex shoot was incredibly amazing. It was a total dream come true for me, because it was my first media magazine of that sort outside of wrestling,” Phoenix told WWE.com. “Obviously, The Glamazon has been covered in every wrestling magazine known to man, including WWE Magazine, however, I’ve always wanted to do a fitness magazine.” Candice Michelle said the experience was extra-special because of the shoot’s location – Classic Kickboxing in Old Town Pasadena, Calif. “We were in kind of an old, worn-down, Rocky-esque gym. They had boxing bags, a beat up ring and old school posters on the walls. It gave it that really rough-edged feel, which I thought was really cool for a photo shoot for us. Plus, we wore sexy, ripped up workout gear/lingerie,” giggled the former Women’s Champion. The Glamazon’s only issue with the Flex shoot was that she had to share the spotlight with fellow Raw Divas, Candice Michelle and Layla. “It was unfortunate because in some of the shots, where my glory and my beauty could really be featured, I have Candice there, trying to hog all the pictures, as usual,” said the Women’s Champion. “Obviously Flex magazine has never experienced a shoot steamier than that, thanks mostly in part to me,” Phoenix said. “I hope the WWE Universe is as excited about the magazine as I am. They should be.” Candice Michelle said each Diva’s individual persona shines through in the pictorial, making it a real treat for the WWE Universe. “Being there with Layla and Beth, we all have such strong, different personalities, and I think we were able to shine in our own way, and we got some really cool stuff,” Candice Michelle explained. “But at one point, they were being really mean to me, though. They were trying to rip my shirt off. They think they’re tough, like, ‘Let’s rip Candice’s shirt off!’ ” Candice Michelle laughed. “But it was still hot!” | |

Next up was for the Women’s Championship between Beth Phoenix and Melina. Pretty good match as both women seemed to be on there game. Beth would win the match in the end finishing Melina off with the chicken-wing slam. On a side note, there were LOTS of boos due to Santino not making an appearance. Very disappointing. We are back with the Slam of the Week: Melina becoming the number one contender for the Women’s Title. Match Number One: Goldust and Melina versus Beth Phoenix and Santino Marella The women start things off and they lock up and Melina with a waist lock but Beth with a head butt and she lifts Melina up and Melina punches Beth. Beth with a back elbow and then she lifts Melina up by her arm. Santino tags in and he grabs Melina’s arm but Melina slaps her. Santino turns around and Goldust is there. Goldust with a slap and an arm drag. Goldust with a wrist lock but Santino with a forearm and snap mare followed by a forearm to the back. Santino with a reverse chin lock but Goldust gets to his feet and then he hits the drop down uppercut followed by a reverse atomic drop. Goldust with a leaping butt bump and Beth breaks up the cover. Santino goes to the floor and the women return to the ring. Beth sends Melina into the turnbuckles and then she follows with an Irish whip but Melina kicks Beth. Melina with a modified X Factor from the top followed by a jackknife cover and bridge for the three count. Winners: Melina and Goldust After the match, Rosa goes into the ringside area and she attacks Melina. Security tries to separate them and Melina goes after Rosa. Melina returns to the ring and poses as Goldust appears to have disappeared. Backstage, Santino wants to know why Rosa Mendez is banned. Stephanie says that Rosa is out of control for attacking Melina. Santino says that it is not her fault that women are attracted to him. Beth thanks Stephanie and takes Santino out of the office. | |

Match Number Two: Kelly Kelly, Katie Lea, Mickie James, Candice Michelle, Melina, and Jillian Hall in a Number One Contender’s Battle Royale Before the match begins, Beth Phoenix is introduced by Santino Marella and they join Cole and Lawler at the announce table. Rosa Mendes is at ringside too. They square off and Candice with a spinning heel kick to Jillian. Katie eliminates Candice. Jillian and Katie with a double clothesline to Mickie. Kelly with a rana to Jillian. Melina and Kelly try to eliminate Katie but Jillian eliminates Kelly. Jillian with an X Factor to Melina as Katie and Jillian double team Melina. Mickie eliminates Katie and Jillian while they try to eliminate Melina. They shake hands and then they lock up with Mickie working on the arm. Melina reverses and applies a side head lock. Mickie with a forearm but Melina with a shoulder tackle. Mickie runs Melina into the turnbuckles. Mickie charges at Melina but Melina sends Mickie to the apron. Mickie tries for a springboard move, but Melina kicks Mickie to eliminate her. Winner: Melina After the match, Beth goes into the ring and she holds the belt up and then slaps Melina and throws her out of the ring. Melina with a kick and punches to Beth and then Melina sends Beth into the announce table while Santino tells Melina to watch out for the face. Beth Phoenix (w/Santino Marella) defeated Melina to retain the WWE Women's Title. Santino accompanied the champion to the ring but, sadly, didn't get any mic time. Melina received a nice pop, but not on the level Candice Michelle did recently in Reading, Pa. a few weeks ago. The writers need to give the people a reason to cheer her other than, 'Hey, she's fighting Beth.' They did a decent job starting the feud before Melina's injury, now they need to pick it back up. Anyway, Beth controlled the contest, working over Melina's back. A nice spot in the contest saw Melina counter out of a superplex attempt and land a face-buster off the top rope. Finish saw Melina set up for her new finisher, the Canadian Destroyer-like sunset flip bomb, but Beth countered with the dominator for the win. source prowrestling.net | |

They mocked him when he lost his title. Santino says that he has a secret for the kids about Santa Claus. Beth asks Santino if he wants to do this. Santino tells Beth that he loves her but he tells her to shut up her face. Santino is about to give the secret but he is interrupted by John Cena. John says that Santino does not like Santa because he did not bring Santino what he wanted. Santino says that he would love nothing better than to shut up Cena. Santino tells Cena to pick anyone to join him to face Santino and Beth. We cut to Goldust and he wants to be his partner. Santino says that his partner needs to have ovaries. Santino says when they win, he will tell the secret of Santa Claus. Santino has a mic and he says that he appreciates the cheers from the fans. Santino points to a lady in the crowd and her name is Rosa Mendes and she is the world’s biggest Santino Marella fan. Match Number Six: Santino Marella and Beth Phoenix versus John Cena and Trish Stratus Cena and Santino start things off and they lock up and Cena with a side head lock take down. Cena backs Santino into the corner and Santino with a punch when the referee was out of position. Santino avoids Cena and he tags in Beth and that means that Trish enters the match. Beth says that she has been waiting her whole life for this and she pushes Trish. Trish with forearms and Trish does the matrix followed by the Thesz Press. Trish with chops to Beth. Beth with a vertical choke to Trish and she throws Trish into the turnbuckles. Beth with a waist lock and Santino goes up but Trish sends Beth into the ropes and Santino’s scrotal region is hurt. Trish with a handstand rana to Santino. Beth with punches to Trish and Beth gets a near fall. Beth with a back breaker to Trish and then she picks Trish up and hits another. Beth pulls Trish around the ring by her hair and then she punches Trish. Beth with a wheelbarrow but Trish with a bulldog. Cena tags in and Santino comes in too. Cena with the flying shoulder tackles followed by the Blue Thunder Bomb and it is followed by the five knuckle shuffle. Cena with the FU set up but Beth pulls Santino off. There will be a tournament like none ever seen before. It will be for the Queen of FCW. Santino says the Queen of FCW is not the Queen of the WWE. That woman is Beth Phoenix, the woman that he spoons with every night. Beth Phoenix comes out and she has her WWE Women’s Title Belt with her. Santino tells Beth to show them her muscles. They are interrupted by DJ Gabriel and Alicia Fox as they do their spasm spectacle. Beth does us all a favor and she gives Alicia a forearm. Due out here as part of the RAW tour in July, Beth spoke to NZPWI Editor Kirsty Quested about her excitement at seeing New Zealand for the first time, her vision for women’s wrestling and much more. She wants a photo with Beth and Santino takes it for her. Jillian and Kelly start things off and Jillian works on the arm but Kelly escapes and has Jillian in a side head lock. Kelly with a tilt-a-whirl head scissors. Kelly is pulled down by Beth from behind and Jillian gets a near fall. Jillian slams Kelly’s head into the mat and then chokes her in the ropes. Jillian with a punch to the ribs followed by knees. Kelly tries to make the tag but Jillian knocks Melina off the apron and Kelly gets the three count with a rollup. Winners: Kelly Kelly and Melina After the match, Jillian attacks Kelly and Beth joins in after knocking Melina off the apron. Kane’s pyro goes off and Kane comes to the ring and he stands between Kelly, Beth and Jillian. Kane stands over Kelly and Kelly tries to crawl away. PWTorch.com has posted a little recap of a recent interview Trish Stratus did with The Pain Clinic. In the interview, Trish comments on the rumours of her possible return to WWE, and who she would like to work with given the opportunity. In it she mentions Beth & Natalya as two women who stand out: Asked which divas stand out to her in WWE, Stratus told the “Pain Clinic” radio show, “Definitely Beth and Natalya.” She continued: “To me, they represent ‘back in the day’ when there was a certain something Jazz, Victoria, and Molly had where we trying to re-educate the fans.” Stratus said she retired from wrestling when she felt she had gone through all potential opponents, but has left the door open for any newer divas who come on the scene. “I see that with those two,” she said. “They definitely are the kind of people I say ‘yeah,’ I want to work with (them).” | |

He said that he knew what they really wanted for Christmas was to be Diva of the year, but they all tied for last place. He said that since “we won” (Beth corrected him), they were going to take the next present. Boogeyman popped up and Santino tried to run away. Goldust was in the doorway under mistletoe. Santino freaked and ran away. Goldust said he just wanted to sing a song. Boogey gave him a gift. Santino and Beth come out and Santino goes to the lectern. Santino is not happy that they lost to Vickie and Edge. They are not couple of the years. Santino says that Vickie is the cougar of the year. Unlike Vickie and Edge, Santino never had someone try to have Undertaker send him to hell. They have challenged all of the nominees. Santino says that even though he strained his scrotisimus region, they will still prevail. We go to commercial. Match Number Four: Santino Marella and Beth Phoenix versus Hornswoggle and Fit Finlay Hornswoggle tries Beth’s entrance and has a unibrow. Finlay puts his hat on Beth’s head and Beth slaps Finlay. Finlay slaps Santino and he leaves the ring. Santino says that he has this one and he tells Beth to go to the apron. Finlay with a waist lock but Santino with an elbow. Finlay with a series of clothesline to Santino followed by a running shoulder in the corner. Santino with a kick to Finlay but Finlay with an atomic drop and Santino is in pain. Santino is now faces to faces with Hornswoggle and Hornswoggle with a kick and DDT. Hornswoggle goes up top and he hits the Frog Splash for the three count. Winners: Fit Finlay and Hornswoggle After the match, Finlay and Hornswoggle invite Beth into the ring. The next Slammy is being presented and it is for Diva of the Year. Presenting are Melina and Teddy Long. The nominees are: Beth Phoenix, Mickie James, Kelly Kelly, and Michelle McCool. The winner is Beth Phoenix. Beth is holding Santino up and then when she hears that she won, she drops Santino faster than the price of gasoline. Beth accepts on behalf of all dominant divas around the world. Jillian with a shoulder that sends Melina to the apron and then Jillian sends her to the floor. Jillian sends Melina into the apron and then they return to the ring. Melina with punches and Jillian with a tilt-a-whirl front slam. Jillian with a reverse chin lock isolating the arm and then she has Melina’s leg too. Jillian slams Melina’s face into the mat followed by a shoulder in the corner Jillian tries for the handspring elbow but Melina scouts it and she has Jillian in a body scissors. Melina with a seated senton splash for a near fall. Melina appears to have hurt her leg and Jillian takes advantage. Melina with a Code Red for the three count. Santino stretches for the split and then he adjusts things. Santino falls off the apron and he might have hurt himself. Melina shows Santino how it is done. To not be featured in the History of the Intercontinental Championship DVD, it is a mistake. To not be included in the Intercontinental Title tournament, it is a mistake. The person who challenged him tonight made the biggest mistake of them all. Santino says that he has back up. He has his two Roman soldier, Pasquale and Francesco. He is looking forward to introducing himself to that person. Match Number Four: Santino Marella versus Goldust Goldust pushes Santino and Santino pushes back but Santino gets creeped out. Santino says that Goldust tried to bite him. Goldust does the same to Beth. Santino tells Goldust that he is Death Meat. Goldust with a punch and jumping butt bump. Goldust with a reverse chin lock and Santino gets to the ropes. Santino punches Goldust and the referee pulls him off Goldust. Goldust with the drop down uppercut followed by a reverse atomic drop and clothesline. Goldust with a corkscrew suplex for the three count. Winner: Goldust After the match, Beth consoles her boyfriend. We see a fan in the crowd who happens to be in the front row with a Glamazon in Training sign (Note: the “fan” is Milena Roucka from FCW, who has been with the RAW crew the last few days). Beth gets on the mic and she says that she led the Raw team to victory and she stood tall as the sole survivor. Jillian says that she is excited because the Slammys are back in two weeks. Jillian does something resembling singing. Match Number Six: Beth Phoenix, Jillian Hall, and Katie Lea versus Mickie James, Candice Michelle, and Melina Candice and Jillian start things off and Candice works on the arm but Jillian with a leg sweep and Candice hits a drop kick for a near fall. Jillian with an Irish whip but Jillian misses a charge into the corner. Jillian takes Candice down after some help from Beth. Jillian tosses Candice by the hair and then she runs Candice into the corner. Jillian hits a handspring back elbow before tagging in Beth who hits an elbow for a near fall. Beth with a back breaker or three and then she stretches Candice over her knee. Beth with an elbow drop. Candice kicks Beth off and Katie tags in and so does Melina. Melina goes after Jillian and Beth. Melina with forearms and then she avoids a clothesline and hits Code Red for a two count. Melina sends Jillian out of the ring.    View Digitals Beth Phoenix (captain), Mickie James, Jillian Hall, Candice Michelle & Kelly Kelly vs. Michelle McCool (captain), Victoria, Maria, Natalya Neidhart & Maryse in a Raw vs. Smackdown Survivor Series elimination match. Everyone had their own entrance, with the Divas brandishing T-shirts for their respective brand. The Raw and Smackdown announce teams handled this match together. Phoenix started out with McCool, with Phoenix taking McCool down with a wrislock. Michelle kipped up out of it twice, then took Phoenix down with a headscissors. Michelle hit a forearm, tried a whip, then dropkicked her when the whip didn’t work. Maryse tagged herself in, and shoved McCool off the apron. McCool and Maryse started fighting, and their teammates had to break it up. Maryse never locked up with the Glamazon, as Maria tagged herself in. Phoenix picked up Maria by the throat and tossed her in a corner. Maria came back with forearms and a headscissors. Kelly Kelly tagged herself in and hit a sunset flip for two. Maria and Kelly exchanged pinfall attempts on legsweeps and Kelly got one with a backslide. Victoria tagged herself in, told Maria to watch her, and Kelly Kelly grabbed Victoria with a rana for the pin at the four minute mark. Victoria is eliminated. Maryse came in and Kelly Kelly caught her with a rana, but Maryse kicked out and pinned Kelly with a backbreaker. Kelly Kelly is eliminated. Mickie James came in and worked over Maryse, who tagged out to McCool. Mickie James and McCool traded two counts on bridge attempts, then McCool blocked a crucifix attempt and hit a legsweep for a two count. Mickie came back with a neckbreaker. Maria went in to break up the pin, Mickie moved and Maria accidentally hit McCool. Maria apologized, McCool yelled at her, and Mickie hit McCool with a swinging DDT for the pin. Michelle McCool is eliminated. Phoenix made fun of McCool, and Mickie told her to get back in the corner. This distraction allowed Maryse to roll up Mickie from behind for the pin. Mickie James is eliminated. Natalya went at it with Candice, and took her down and applied the Sharpshooter, to a pop. Jillian ran in the break it up. This allowed Candice to his a spear on Natalya and roll her up for the pin. Natalya is eliminated. Maryse came in and hit Phoenix, then ran out of the ring. Maria and Jillian went at it, with Jillian hitting Maria with a Samoan Drop, then hitting Maryse off the apron, then covering Maria who kicked out. Maria then caught Jillian with a Victory Roll for a pin. Jillian Hall is eliminated. Candice Michelle, ran in, stopped short, then hit when Maria grabbed her, Candice delivered a Northern Lights suplex for a pin. Maria is eliminated. Maryse knocked Phoenix off the apron, then gave Candice a leglace and Candice tapped out. Candice Michelle is eliminated. Maryse and Phoenix exchanged slaps, then Maryse hit a kick to the back of the head for a two count. Maryse went to the ropes and jumped, but Phoenix caught her. Like the latest instalment of the No. 1 fighting game franchise in the world, which features never-before-seen enhanced tag team action, the match proved to be as wild as it gets. In the end, the fast-paced match came down to a one-on-one confrontation between The Glamazon and the sultry Maryse, who the champion hit with her vicious Glam Slam, leaving the Canadian beauty thriving in pain as she picked up the huge victory. Also like the new video game phenomenon, which gives the WWE Universe the opportunity to pair Superstars who don’t normally compete together, neither Team Raw – Mickie James, Kelly Kelly, Candice Michelle & Jillian, captained by Phoenix – nor Team SmackDown – Maria, Maryse, Victoria & Natalya, captained by Divas Champion Michelle McCool – were doing battle among the usual suspects.  Preview: Team SmackDown vs. Team Raw: Divas Survivor Series Elimination Match November 17, 2008 As announced on Raw, in honor of the recent release of THQ’s “SmackDown vs. Raw 2009,” five Divas from SmackDown will take on five Divas from Raw in a Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match. Team Raw will be captained by Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix with Mickie James, Kelly Kelly, Candice Michelle & Jillian filling out the rest of the team. Team SmackDown will be captained by Divas Champion Michelle McCool with Maria, Maryse, Victoria & Natalya rounding out the five-some. These bouts are not only a test of endurance, but also of will and fortitude as strategy changes throughout the match. Though the match may start out with even numbers, as members of the teams are eliminated, they are forced to vacate ringside – leaving their team at a disadvantage, which could become more and more dire, even sometimes ending up in a 4-on-1 or 5-on-1 handicap. Another interesting factor for this match is the fact that, although these beautiful Divas will all be looking to represent their given brands, the question remains if they will be able to coexist in the ring with the Divas on their own teams, knowing there is no love lost in certain instances. View Digitals All of the wrestlers are in three-quarters of the ring for the Superstar Forum. Stephanie comes out and is at the lectern by the entrance. She says that ever since Mike Adamle has resigned, her office has been inundated with questions from the Raw Superstars and the fans. Stephanie asks who is first and Randy Orton gets on the medal stand. Randy asks Stephanie why Sunday’s title match at Survivor Series goes to John Cena. Randy says that he is more talented and more deserving. He asks what is so special about John Cena. Stephanie says that the decision was made by her brother Shane without consulting with her. John was a top contender before his injury and was a three time champion so he gets the title match. Orton says that he is next. Cody Rhodes takes the mic from Randy and he asks Stephanie about Randy giving Ted a concussion. Instead of being punished, he was named the captain of a team at Survivor Series. Cody wonders why Orton was not suspended for what he did. Stephanie says that they are grown men and women and are responsible for their actions. Stephanie reminds Cody that Orton did the same to CM Punk so they will meet tonight. It will be a thirty man lumberjack match. Randy says that it will be chaos, but Stephanie disagrees. Santino takes the mic and he is joined by Beth Phoenix. Santino says that the rapping singer Akon is here tonight so he will ask his question in the form of a rapping song. Santino puts on his rapping song hat and he complains about losing to William Regal and he raps that he wants a rematch against Regal. Santino tells Regal that he isn’t in a restaurant, but he was served. Stephanie tells Santino that he lost two rematches. Santino wonders if Akon thinks it is funny and suggests that a squirrel bite on his privates. Bradshaw gets on the medal stand and he wants to know where Stephanie’s father is so he can talk about a person Vince has had a problem with and that is Shawn Michaels. Stephanie says that her father is out of the picture so her and Shane will control things. Shawn interrupts Stephanie and suggests that if they don’t want to wait the six days because someone got bashed in the head with a chair. What if they want their revenge tonight? Stephanie tells Shawn that he has to wait. Shawn says that we are all responsible for their actions and he apologizes before Shawn attacks Bradshaw. Bradshaw leaves the ring under the bottom rope to the floor. Shawn puts on Bradshaw’s hat as Bradshaw heads to the back. Match Number One: Kelly Kelly versus Victoria Victoria with a kick to the midsection followed by a forearm to the back. Kelly with a tilt-a-whirl head scissors and a drop kick. Kelly with handspring back elbow to Victoria in the corner. Victoria sends Kelly to the mat and follows it with a back breaker. Victoria with a back breaker and she drops down with a version of Shock Treatment for a two count. Victoria with an Irish whip and she tries for a side slam but Kelly with a school girl rollup for the three count. European tour Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix said no matter where she and her boyfriend, Santino Marella, visit in Europe, they’re given a warm welcome, especially in Italy. “We went to do little sightseeing. We saw the Colosseum. I met his family and his friends,” The Glamazon said. “And of course we were mobbed by Santino Marella fans all across Italy. I’ve always seen it in him. He’s really appreciated in Italy and hopefully we’ll get the chance to go back again.” Touring Europe hasn’t been 100 percent enjoyable, though. Santino has the mic and he says that he is so confident that he is going to remain the Intercontinental Champion that he got rid of the Honk-A-Meter. He has the Honk-A-Perfect-Mountie-Meter. Their combined title reigns were approximately 123 weeks. Santino weighs in tonight at 13 weeks. According to his calculations, that is just 2 years and 4 months and he will break that record too. After tonight, he will be one step closer to being the greatest Intercontinental Champion of all the times. He says that the Jonas Brothers looking William Regal won’t beat him. Santino says that he is from the best country in Europe. Match Number One: Santino Marella versus William Regal for the Intercontinental Title The bell rings and Regal backs Marella into the corner and he connects with forearms. Regal with an Irish whip and elbow followed by an exploder suplex and a knee to the head for the three count. Winner: William Regal After the match, Michael Cole goes into the ring to interview William Regal. Cole asks Regal what it feels like to be champion again. Regal says that he is proud to wear the title with the pride and dignity of an Englishman. He will be very proud to take the spirit of everyone from the United Kingdom around the world. Regal says that he is proud to be a loyal subject to the Queen. Most of all he is honored to be their Intercontinental champion. Match Number Five: Beth Phoenix with Santino Marella versus Mickie James for the Women’s Title Beth attacks Mickie as the bell rings and she tries for a slingshot suplex but Mickie gets out of the hold and hits a rollup for a near fall. Mickie with a near fall on Beth with help from the ropes for additional impact. Mickie with forearms to Beth followed by a flying clothesline. Beth turtles up and then Mickie hits a drop kick for a near fall. Mickie sends Beth into the turnbuckles and follows it with knees. Beth with an Irish whip into the corner but she charges into an elbow. Beth sends Mickie to the apron and Mickie with forearms. Santino stops Mickie from going up top, but Mickie hits Santino.  View Digitals With all the in ring action wrapped up, Randy Orton, Beth Phoenix and Jack Swagger came out to field questions from the media, and the trio talked about everything from what it was like breaking in to the WWE to what it’s like traveling the world with the company and the rigors of performing for one of the most intense fan-bases in all of sports entertainment. While Orton is an old pro when it comes to being part of the WWE’s videogames, this is Beth Phoenix’s first time appearing in a Smackdown vs. Raw game, and she didn’t even attempt to hide her excitement to be included in this year’s game. “This is my first time being in a videogame and I actually got a chance to play it and it was really cool. The whole process was really neat, to get scanned and to have THQ really work closely with us to make the likeness of our characters really, really great. Written: November 3, 2008 WWE’s biggest names and legends certainly came out for the three-hour celebration of Raw’s 800 record-breaking episodes on Monday night - from Shane & Stephanie McMahon to Bret “Hit Man” Haas. Perhaps, though, none as distinguished as 2008 WWE Hall of Fame Inductee Mae Young. The Matriarch of the Mat participated in the largest Diva battle in history as she rounded out a 16-Diva Tag Match. The ballyhoo and warm reception for Mae was quickly extinguished, however, by Beth Phoenix, who pinned the Hall of Famer to secure the win for her Diva team. The Glamazon’s boy toy and Intercontinental Champion Santino Marella could not resist trying to make things worse for the Hall of Famer.  View Digitals Match Number Two: Battle Royale for a Shot at the Intercontinental Champion featuring Cody Rhodes, Manu, Ted DiBiase, Jamie Noble, Shad, JTG, William Regal, and Gene Snitsky Before the match starts, Santino comes out with Beth Phoenix to watch the match. Santino’s unibrow is expanding at a geometric rate. The bell rings and while Regal and Noble fight alone and the other six are in the opposite corner. Regal goes after Manu while Noble rolls back in. Manu with a head butt to Regal and he tries to eliminate him. DiBiase helps Manu. Rhodes with a head scissors to Noble but they both roll back in. DiBiase and Rhodes continue to work on Regal while Snitsky and JTG fight. JTG is sent to the apron and he avoids Snitsky who is then eliminated by Manu, Rhodes, and DiBiase. DiBiase eliminates Rhodes and Manu, and they are not happy. Noble is eliminated by Regal and then he pulls Regal out of the ring. DiBiase has JTG in the ropes and Shad makes the save. Shad slingshots JTG in but DiBiase moves. DiBiase eliminates JTG. DiBiase and Shad with punches. Shad with a clothesline and then he tries for a power slam but DiBiase avoids it. Shad is caught in the ropes and DiBiase with a drop kick to eliminate him. Regal gets back into the ring and he eliminates DiBiase. Winner: William Regal After the match, Layla comes out to celebrate with her man. They point out that Raw is in Manchester, England next week. Match Number Five: Sixteen Diva Tag Match There are only fifteen divas in the ring and the final participant comes out and it is Mae Young. Beth attacks Kelly at the start of the match and works on the arm. Kelly with forearms and a tilt-a-whirl head scissors. Mae tags in and she punches Beth followed by a forearm. Natalya comes in and goes down with a forearm. Victoria does the same and so does Jillian and Layla. We see a series of spears. Mae throws Katie Lea out of the ring. Beth with a school girl for the three count on Mae Young. Winners: Heel Divas After the match, Santino comes out to celebrate with Beth. | |

 View Digitals Santino Marella gets on the mic. He says before his opponent comes out, there are two things he would like to say. First, he wants the Honk-A-Meter unleashed. While the Honky Donkey Man was champion for 64 weeks, Santino has been champion for 11 weeks. Santino says that in one week . . . and one year, he is going to catch him. At that time, he will be the greatest Intercontinental Champion of all the times. Santino wants all of the pregnant ladies to look at the three men joining Cole and Lawler. He says that is what happens when you do drugs while pregnant. Santino tells the camera man to Zoomit on Beth. Santino is interrupted by Beth Phoenix’s music and Charlie Haas has had some work done as he is dressed like Beth. Santino attacks Haas and throws him over the top rope and then he punches Charlie, asking him if he thinks that is funny. Santino slaps the Honky Tonk Man and then Goldust and Piper distract Santino. Santino turns around and he gets nailed by the guitar. Piper checks on Santino and he is out cold. Beth checks on Santino as we go to commercial. | |

Natalya Neidhart recently came to the rescue when a scheduled online chat was cancelled. Jeff Hardy was due to dish the dirt on WWE.com but failed to appear so the aspiring Canadian vixen stepped in to save the day. She commented on some divas, including Beth: I would like to face Beth Phoenix. There is a Diva who I feel I can be challenged by. I can take all of my training and my past experiences to the next level with The Glamazon. Santino thanks the fans that are booing him. He does a Honk-A-Meter segment. 64 weeks from Honky Tonk to Santino's 11, as Santino says in one week and one year that he will be the greatest IC Champion of all-time. He cuts one of his comedic promos. Shaquille O'Neal is shown at ringside. Santino's opponent, voting results: Honky Tonk Man - 35% Roddy Piper - 34% Goldust - 31% All three were shown backstage. Honky Tonk Man comes to ringside. The Honky Tonk Man gets on the mic and says that he doesn't know about cool and cocky but Santino is bad. He tells Santino that he can't sing like him, dance like him, and that he can be IC Champion for 10 years but he would never compare to The Honky Tonk Man. The Honky Tonk Man tells him to stand back and for him to show him how it's done. Honky Tonk Man dances like Elvis. Honky tells Santino to start dancing to his music, Santino busts some lame moves. He ends up sucker punching The Honky Tonk Man down to the mat. The referee holds up the belt and calls for the opening bell. Santino and Honky Tonk lockup as Santino backs him into a corner. Honky Tonk applies a headlock on Santino and follows with a right hand. Honky Tonk applies another side headlock and connects on a shoulder knock down. Honky Tonk goes off the ropes and is tripped by Beth Phoenix. The referee calls for the bell. Santino is irate at Beth Phoenix. Winner by disqualification - The Honky Tonk Man A loud argument between Santino and Beth ensues as Goldust's music hits. Goldust comes to out in full gear. 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper's music hits as he comes to ringside. Piper spits his gum at Santino as Beth tries to get in between them. Santino gets in the ring and is greeted by the Honky Tonk Man. Goldust takes him down then Piper connects with right hands. Honky Tonk hits the shake, rattle, and roll. All three legends hold up each other's hands in the ring. Divas Halloween Costume Contest: Tazz is in the ring and announces that voting for the contest is closed. All of the divas come out in their Halloween costumes. Beth is dressed as a knight! With all the WWE Divas in the ring, Tazz reveals the winner as Mickie James. She's Tomb Raider. An all out brawl breaks out amongst the Divas after the results are revealed. Finally the babyface Divas clear the ring and celebrate with Mickie James as her music plays. Rodney the Honky Dust Marella has the mic and he says that choosing his opponent looks like a difficult task. He says that he is going to make it easy. His opponents are one in the same. They are all washed up. He is here to prove that point. Santino talks about Rodney the Piper and says that he is not ‘Hot Rod’ any more. Piper’s Pit should be Piper’s Paunch. Santino tells Rodney to try some sugar free gum to choose. Santino talks about Golden Dust and his career has flamed out. Santino talks about the Honky Donkey Man. He has the pork chop side burns, eats pork chops, and brushes his hair with pork chop grease. Santino talks about how Honky Donkey based his career off the king. Not Jerry Lawler or Jason Priestly. He talks about Elvis. If his carcass can be wheeled out, he will flush him into the Heartbroken Hotel. Jim Duggan comes out and he has a flag and 2x4 with him. Santino tells Duggan that he could use a hose down, a meal, and a ticket to somewhere. Duggan likes the USA chants from the crowd and then Duggan tells Santino that he is on the last minute of his fifteen minutes of fame. Duggan says that he has seen a lot of flashes in the pan and Santino is the flashiest. Duggan says that he does not appreciate Santino disrespecting his generation. Santino wants to know why Duggan is so angered. Maybe it is because he doesn’t have a Honk-A-Meter. Santino is now champion for 10 weeks, only 54 weeks behind the Honky Donkey Man. Santino asks Duggan if he remembers when he was Intercontinental Champion. Maybe he cannot remember because he was never the Intercontinental Champion. Duggan says that if it wasn’t for Santino’s boyfriend, he wouldn’t be Intercontinental Chapmion. Santino gives Beth is guitar as he gets ready for Duggan. Santino tells Beth that they should give the clothes to Duggan. Beth throws them in Duggan’s face and Santino hits Duggan with the guitar. | |
